Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across the Philippines through our courier partners, led by J&T Express. Every order is packed at our Bulacan warehouses and ships within 7 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery times: Metro Manila and nearby provinces typically receive orders in 3–7 working days. Visayas, Mindanao and island provinces typically receive orders in 7–14 working days. Remote barangays may add 1–3 extra days handled by the courier's local partners.

Shipping fees are calculated from your delivery address at checkout and are shown before you submit your order. Total Due on Delivery is the exact amount our rider will collect — no hidden charges, no delivery surcharges added afterwards.

Cash on Delivery: pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. Please prepare the exact amount if possible and make sure the phone number you provided is reachable — our courier calls before each attempt.

Tracking: once your parcel ships, the tracking number appears in your order confirmation and our order-status page. You can follow the parcel door-to-door on the J&T Express website.

Self-pickup: you are welcome to collect your order yourself at either of our pickup points — Guiguinto, Bulacan or Balagtas, Bulacan. Call the number on the pickup card before coming so we can prepare your parcel.

Failed delivery: if the courier cannot reach you after the standard attempts, the parcel returns to our warehouse. Contact us and we will gladly rebook a new delivery at no extra shipping cost for the first re-attempt.
