Surebuy COD Mall (operated by Winzoom International Trading Limited) respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect: when you place a cash-on-delivery order we collect your name, mobile number, email address (optional), and delivery address. When you browse the store, our own analytics record anonymised, irreversible technical identifiers (never raw IP addresses) and page events to measure store performance. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How we use it: your delivery details are shared only with our courier partner (J&T Express) for the sole purpose of delivering your order and collecting payment. Your phone number is used by our confirmation team and the courier to reach you about the order. Your email, if provided, is used for order updates and, only with your consent, occasional promotions.

Analytics and advertising: we use first-party, privacy-safe analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. Events are pseudonymised and never include your full address or payment details.

Retention: order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Analytics records are kept for a maximum of 14 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Cookies: we use only first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and checkout to function, plus anonymous analytics. We do not run third-party ad-tracking cookies beyond the measurement described above.
